Well, right now it looks like we are gonna miss a direct hit by a hair. We are still gonna get some fairly high winds and alot of rain though. I wanna get the hell outta here!!!!

CB, JUST HEARD ON THE NEWS THAT HURRICANE LILY IS HEADED YOUR WAY AND WILL BE THERE THURSDAY! [img]rolleyes.gif[/img]

Shit!!! Are you kidding?!! The last time I watched, it was expected to maybe hit La but not the area that I live in!! But that was earlier this afternoon. I just told John to turn the TV on the Weather Channel. I'll keep ya posted!!

Well, you were right!!! Right now it's 100 mph and in warm waters (80 degrees) which makes it intensify. They said by the time it reaches land, it could be 130 mph!!! I dunno what we are gonna do!! John doesn't get paid until Friday!! Someway, somehow, we are getting out of here!! This one is gonna be BAD!!!!

Well, it moved over a little bit and now we are gonna get a little more than we thought!!! I'm skeered!!! As of now, it's a category 4 and the winds are 140 mph!!!
